CAT BREEDS WITH MOST VIVID BLUE EYES
Ever wondered, why blue-eyed people or animals are so popular? Why is it fairies and princesses are almost exclusively blue-eyed? Maybe genetic memory plays an important role in choosing the color of the eyes? Maybe because sorcerers and witches almost always had brown or black eyes. And we, trying to protect ourselves from an evil eye, prefer the purity and innocence of the blue eyes.
Cat breeds with blue eyes:
Foreign White — a very charming cat with expressive almond-shaped eyes of bright blue color and a short shiny white fur. Freedom-loving, affectionate and completely non-aggressive cats.
Ragamuffin — very similar to Ragdolls, with blue oval, slightly slanted eyes. Eye color is usually blue, but can also be green or amber-green. The most good-natured, affectionate, unpretentious cat. Very smart. But these cats have one drawback — they lack a predator instinct, they have no idea how to hunt.
Lambkin — miniature dwarf cats with short legs and curly fur. Can have eyes of almost any color, but their blue-eyed brethren are most stunning. Enjoys to be the center of attention, will share its love with all family members. Particularly not indifferent to children. Maybe because of their small size they prefer a company of «tiny humans».
Persian Chinchilla — leader amongst the cats in terms of beauty. They usually occupy the top spots in various competitions and exhibitions. They can be blue or green-eyed. Very unique cats with specific personality.
Neva Masquerade — charming fluffy cat with Siamese coat color. Owners of most bottomless blue eyes, in which you can drown. A distinctive feature — affectionate like cats but devotee like dogs.
Ragdoll — the most domestic of domesticated cats. Charming fluffy creature with blue eyes. These are the most gullible, patient and faithful cats. With a soft character and outstanding intelligence.
Peterbald — a bald cat (also known as the St. Petersburg Sphinx or Peter). Eyes can be either bright blue or green. A distinctive feature — obedient like a dog, will come running to you at your first call. Cats with a complex character, they have to be reckoned with, won’t forgive careless attitude towards themselves.
Himalayan — a cat with airy fluffy fur and huge round blue eyes. The most spectacular and mysterious cat without flaws.
Snow Shu — (or Snow Shoe) affectionate, charming, friendly and obedient cats with blue eyes. Have a balanced temperament, love to be in the spotlight.
Khao Manee — cats with a short white fur. Eyes are usually blue, but can also be green or yellow. But most importantly these cats have heterochromia: one eye is blue, and the other is yellow or green. Very sociable and curious creatures.
Ojos Azules — a young and very rare breed of cats, with large and expressive almond shaped blue eyes.
